Muriel Leslie Robertson – 84, Truro, passed away Saturday, August 22, 2015, at Vimy Court, Bible Hill. Born June 24, 1931, in Dartmouth, she was a daughter of the late Leslie and Harriet (MacCallum) Fullerton.

Muriel was a faithful member of John Calvin Christian Reformed Church. She started her career as a legal secretary with Burchell MacDougall and later went on to work with House of Hay/Napwick. She loved her family and friends and enjoyed photography and gardening.

Muriel is survived by her sons, Scott (Jennie), Fredericton, NB; Craig (Ellen), LaGlace, AB; daughter, Meredith (Terry) Fewer, Tatamagouche; grandchildren, Ian (Heather), Mark (Danielle), Lori (Doug), Melissa (Robin), Tracy, Rachel (Steven); great grandchildren, Ross, Abigail, Arabella, Jack, Finnley; nieces, Kim Mountan (Carl Wright), Beverly Mooney, Valerie (Colin) Chedore, Pamela (Garry) McCulloch; nephews, William (Judy) Fullerton, Christopher (Barbara) Fullerton; Leslie (Victoria) VanHemert; special friend, Marion Blackmore. Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters, Helen (Jan) VanHemert, Gwendolyn (Tom) Mountan; brother, Burke Fullerton.

Muriel’s family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, August 26, 2015, in John Calvin Christian Reformed Church, 169 Glenwood Drive, Truro, where the funeral service will be held 1 p.m., Thursday, August 27, 2015, Pastor Dan Brown officiating. Reception will follow. Private family interment in Old Barns Cemetery. If so desired, donations in Muriel’s memory to John Calvin Christian Reformed Church or charity of choice are welcomed.
