Adams, Constance Jean "Connie" (Brooks), age 61, of Millbrook First Nation, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2015 at home. Born in Kingsclear, New Brunswick, she was a daughter of the late Cecelia Denny.

She is survived by her husband Douglas Adams; sons, Stanley Brooks Jr. of Millbrook, Jason Brooks (Alisha) of Millbrook, daughter Vanessa Margaret Brooks of Millbrook; grandchildren Chelsey, Victor, Bryce, Shilo, Qualin, Tevin, Justice, Americus, Novalee, Willow, Issiah, Jade, Jada, Alexis, Roman, Ayla; great-grandchildren Marley, Wyatt; brother Darren Paul of New Brunswick; sister Millie Paul of Cherryfield, Maine.

She was predeceased by her daughter Tanya; sister, Annette Sylliboy.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Mattatall~Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro. Visitation will take place on Tuesday after 2 pm at Connie’s residence, 65 Abenaki Road, Millbrook until funeral service on Wednesday at 2:00pm in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Millbrook. Father Dariusz Miskowicz will officiate with burial at later date in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Millbrook . A meal and Salite will follow. Donations in Connie’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia.
