Donald Keith "Donnie" Ralph – 83, Willow Lodge Home for Special Care, Tatamagouche, formerly of Londonderry, passed away peacefully with Charles, Susan, Evelyn and his best friend, Christian at his side, on Tuesday evening, October 27, 2015, at Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born April 1, 1932, in Truro, he was a son of the late Joseph and Violet (Patriquin) Ralph.

Donnie was affiliated with Central Nova Wesleyan Church, Truro. He worked at various jobs throughout his life, including as a woodsman and farm hand and loved old time Gospel and country music.

He is survived by several nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Reta; siblings, Percy, Cyril, Janet, Clara.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Mattatall – Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro, where Donnie’s family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., today, Thursday, October 29, 2015. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Friday, October 30, 2015, in Central Nova Wesleyan Church, 38 Pleasant Street, Truro, Pastor Ken Banks officiating. Interment will be held in Riverside United Church Cemetery, 5577 Highway 2, Bass River. If so desired, donations in Donnie’s memory to SPCA are welcomed.
