G. Lorne MacKay  - 74, Greenfield, passed away peacefully on Friday morning, November 13, 2015, at Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born April 2, 1941, in Truro, he was the only son of the late Gordon and Ella (Peppard) MacKay.

Lorne is survived by his son, Trevor MacKay (Terrie Bellefeuille), Greenfield; granddaughters, Taylor and Kori MacKay.

Honouring Lorne’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Arrangements have been entrusted to Mattatall – Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro. If so desired, donations in Lorne’s memory to Canadian Diabetes Association are welcomed.
