T. Scott Dryden – 49, Truro, passed away
suddenly, as a result of heart complications, on Saturday, January 7,
2017, at home. Born in Truro, he was a son of Elsie (Bennett) Dryden,
Truro, and the late Leroy Dryden.
He drove truck for various trucking companies and most
recently worked for Treaty Enterprises.
Along with his mother, Scott is survived by his siblings, Ken
(Jo-ann), Calgary, Alberta; Kevin (Shelley), Greenfield; Janet
(Caroline), Union Corner; nephews, Mark, Eric; nieces, Kristi, Megan
(Simon), Jaime, Lindsey; good friends, Steve Chisholm, Mary Jane
Elliott. Along with his father, he was predeceased by his brother, Roy
Michael in infancy.
Interment will be held in July at Watson Cemetery. If so
desired, donations in Scott’s memory to Heart and Stroke
Foundation of Nova Scotia are welcomed.
