Paulette Elizabeth MacNeil

MacNeil, Paulette Elizabeth, 62, Truro, passed away Friday, March 9, 2018 in the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Windsor, NS, she was a daughter of the late Hector and Elva (Hughes) MacNeil.

She is survived by her husband Alexander "Sandy" MacNeil; brother, John "Jack" (Yvonne) MacNeil of Blockhouse; sister, Mary Frizzell (Raymond "Bud") of Falmouth; several nieces and nephews; sisters-in-law Irene (Harold) Antle of Sydney, Rosemarie (Raymond) Schaller of Sydney, Joan MacNeil of Falmouth; brothers-in-law, Al MacNeil of Bridgetown, Fred MacNeil (Myrtle) of Sydney, Arthur MacNeil (Dan) of Vancouver.

Besides her parents, Paulette was predeceased by a brother Ralph.

Arrangements are under the direction of Mattatall~Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro from where visitation will take place from 1 -1:45 pm Wednesday, March 14th, followed by funeral service at 2 pm. Father Dariusz Miskowicz will officiate with a reception to follow in the funeral home. Burial will take place at a later date in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Truro. No flowers by request. Donations in Paulette’s memory may be made to the Cerebral Palsy Association. A special thank you to Debbie Boomer for her wonderful care and kindness shown to Paulette and always being there for her and also to the staff of Vimy Court for your warm support and care given also to Pauline.
