Anita Angeline
Landry – 97, Truro,
passed away peacefully on Sunday morning, October 13, 2019, at Wynn
Park Villa, Truro. Born in Memramcook, New Brunswick, she was a
daughter of the late Raymond and Mary (Legere) Landry.
Anita spent most of her life living in the Moncton area and
when she retired in 1987, she moved to Truro.
Anita is survived by her brothers, Leonce (Kaye) Landry,
Robert (Olga) Landry; sister, Theresa Burke; sister-in-law, Claudette
Landry; numerous nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, she was
predeceased by her brothers, Gerald Landry, Phillip Landry; sisters,
Rose (Laurie) LeBlanc, Bernice (Norman) Brownlee; brother-in-law, John
Burke.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 2 p.m., Tuesday,
October 22, 2019, at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 669
Prince Street, Truro, Father Cristinel Fartadi officiating. Reception
will follow in Campbell Hall. Interment in Immaculate Conception
Cemetery, 125 Robie Street, Truro. Family flowers only, please. If so
desired, donations in Anita’s memory to a charity of choice
are welcomed.
