Mallory Morris Rowley – 90, Wynn Park Villa, Truro. Mallory went absent from the body and present with his Lord on Sunday, November 10, 2019. Born in Florenceville, New Brunswick, he was a son of the late Percy and Geneva (Rideout) Rowley.

Mallory was a member of The Peoples Church, Truro, The Gideons and enjoyed reading. He and his late wife, Shirley spent more than 25 years in Chad, Africa and France as Missionaries working in medical and dental work and also in training of African Pastors. He was very proud of his children and their accomplishments.

Mallory is survived by his children, John Rowley, Chief Warrant Officer, Canadian Air Force, Comox, British Columbia; Elizabeth Mitchell, Ontario, Bilingual Secretary with War Amps; Jessy Rowley, Retired Corporal, Truro Police Services; David Rowley, Montreal, President of the French Baptist Union of Churches in Canada. Along with his children, he is survived by nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; brother, Charles Rowley, Port Moody, British Columbia; nephews, Wes and Grant Rowley.

Honouring Mallory’s wishes, a private interment will be held at a later date. If so desired, donations in Mallory’s memory to The Gideons are welcomed.
