June Marguerite (Keyes) Murray – 90, Truro, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 15, 2020, at Wynn Park Villa, Truro. Born in Lantz, she was the daughter of the late John Francis "Frank" and Margaret (Isenor) Keyes, and was raised on the family farm.

June was an active member of St. James Presbyterian Church for many years where she was a member of the St. James Evening/Morning Auxiliary and enjoyed the fellowship of this group. June lived on Churchill Street with her husband, Ken, for over 50 years, and savoured the close-knit neighbourhood there. She enjoyed playing cards and for many years Ken and June were very active with Cobequid Twirlers Square Dance Club and took many trips around the Maritimes with their square dancing friends. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Along with her parents, June was predeceased by her loving husband, Ken. She is survived by her sister, Velma; sons, Paul (Jane), John (Susan); grandchildren, Christopher, Jeffrey, Melissa and Peter.

June’s family extends its sincere gratitude to the staff at Wynn Park Villa for their loving care and compassion.
