Morrisey, Frances Estella, 96, Truro, passed away Sunday, April 28, 2013 in Cedarstone Enhanced Care, Truro. Born in Maitland, she was a daughter of the late John and Lavinia (Williams) Boomer. Frances was a homemaker and had great love for her family.

She is survived by a daughter Elsie Cassel (Art) of Mount Forest, ON; sons, Earl (Shirley) of Hilden, Cecil (Verna) of Fredericton, NB, Vincent (Olive) of Truro, Billy (Verna) of Grand Falls, NB; grandchildren, Linda, Edie, Debbie, Tony, Sandra, Dana, Amy, Cindy, Sean, Ann, Susie, Lisa, Kelly, Rene, Sheryl, John, Mark, Michelle, Matthew; 23 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law Irene Morrisey of Moncton; several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband Charles Morrisey; son Bruce; Grandson Lawrence; son-in-law Harry Lively.

No visitation by family request. A private family service will take place at a later date with burial to follow in the Brookfield Westside Cemetery, Brookfield. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or to a charity of choice.
