Redford, Robert Joseph "Bob", 70, Truro, passed away Monday, July 21, 2014 in the Colchester East Hants Health Centre Truro. Bob and wife Linda moved to Nova Scotia in 2012 from Stoney Creek ON. Bob is survived by his wife Linda; sons, David and Ronald; daughters, Barbara and Brenda; grandchildren, Jennifer, Alex and Chelsea; many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 6-9 pm Thursday, July 24 in the Mattatall ~ Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street Truro. Funeral service 3 pm Friday, July 25, in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 148 Evergreen Drive Truro, President Stephen Brogan officiating with reception to follow. Interment then to be held in the Bible Hill Cemetery, Bible Hill. Family flowers only. Donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
