Osborne, Mable Ann – 70, of Debert passed away,
with her husband, Pearce by her side, on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at
the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Tatamagouche,
she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Etta (Wilson)
Montrose.
Mable was a feisty woman with a kind heart, had a great sense
of humour and enjoyed being a jokester. She was an
avid bingo and card player and enjoyed time spent at her trailer
especially with her dog, Lucky. Mable was loved by an abundance of
friends Canada wide. She was very family oriented and loved having
family around at all times. She was the strongest woman known to many
having had a quadruple bypass and several stents, COPD, diabetes,
arthritis and cancer. She will be loved and missed
forever.
Mable is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Pearce
Osborne; daughter, Florence (Rodney) Hampton; sons, Michael
(Kelley) Osborne; Anthony Montrose; siblings, Tom (Chris) Montrose;
Harvey (Darlene) Montrose; Steve (Mildred) Montrose; Bonnie (Basil)
Osborne; Eddie (Tamara) Montrose; Bruce (Marlene) Montrose;
grandchildren, Tyler (Claudia) Seymore; Angela Brown; Meaghan (John)
Ferrier; Cole (Sara) Seymore; Dylan Seymore; Kaitlyn Osborne; Madison
Hampton; Chloe Montrose; great grandchildren, Kaylee, Liam and
Emma.
She was predeceased by siblings, Judy (Charles) Moore; Mary
(Bill) Priebe.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Mattatall –
Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro. A private family
interment will be held at a later date. If so desired, donations may
be made in Mable’s memory to Canadian Cancer Society.
