Martin Heath "Marty" Wall – 71, Truro, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 11, 2022, at home, following a brief illness. Born in Cape Tormentine, New Brunswick, he was a son of Shirley (Stright) Wall, Sackville, New Brunswick and the late Douglas Wall.

Martin worked as a dispatcher for various trucking companies. He was an avid reader, and loved playing pool, leisurely and competitively, and played in tournaments in Truro, Halifax and Moncton. In his earlier years, he enjoyed playing minor league hockey.

Along with his mother, Martin is survived by his son, Josh Wall, Bible Hill; the mother of his children, Lu-Cindy (Blair) Wall, Bible Hill; brothers, Bruce Wall, Sackville, New Brunswick; Darcy Wall, Toronto, Ontario; aunt, uncle, nephew and cousins. Along with his father, he was predeceased by his son, Jeremy Wall.

Special thanks are extended to friends, Wayne and Nancy Lynch, Dave Moore and David Stright. As well, we would like to thank the Palliative Care Team for their outstanding care.

A small service will be held at a later date in Bayfield Cemetery, Westmorland County, New Brunswick. If so desired, donations in Martin’s memory to a charity of choice are welcomed.
