Marion Ruby Kuthe (Rhyno) -  79 years of age, of Truro, passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at Colchester East Hants Health Centre.

Born in New Glasgow and raised in Oxford, Marion was the daughter of the late Harold and Dorothy (Rhyno) Miller. She decided to make a significant change in her life by moving to Toronto, Ontario when she was only 17 years old. It was in Toronto that she met her husband, Harry Kuthe and they were married for 20 years. In their early years of marriage, they decided to move back home to Nova Scotia and settled in Truro in 1974. Here they bought a small grocery store and ran it for 8 years with their daughter. Marion loved to fish, get her hands dirty in the garden and most of all she loved visiting her two grandsons in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Marion is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline Tower; son-in-law, David Tower; grandsons, Matthew Tower (Shannon) and Thomas Tower (Lexie).

Jacqueline would like to thank the caregivers at The Mira for their kindness and compassion. Also, a huge thank you to the nurses and doctors who cared for mom in her final days. They were so kind and loving.

There will be no funeral, Marion will be with her daughter and family in Manitoba. If so desired, donations to Canadian Cancer Society are welcomed.
