Paula Jane Bell – 55, Truro, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Truro, she was a daughter of the Myrna (Mills) Bell and the late Ernest Bell.

Paula enjoyed sewing and knitting, and loved listening to music, especially rock and heavy metal. She had a soft spot in her heart for her cat, Duchess. She loved her family immensely and cared for them unconditionally and helped raise her grandson, John-Thomas Zahl.

Paula is survived by her children, Raymond Andrew, Truro; Pearl Andrew, Prince Edward Island; grandson, John-Thomas Zahl, Prince Edward Island; siblings, Graham Bell, Stephen Bell, Virginia Reid, Anthony (Stacey) Bell, Myrna Reid; several nieces and nephews. Along with her father, she was predeceased by her twin sister, Pamela Joy "Pam" (James) Patton.

Interment will be held at a later date. If so desired, donations in Paula’s memory to Breast Cancer Foundation are welcomed.
