Robert Eldon Thomas – 48, Truro, passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family, on Tuesday evening, September 5, 2023, at home. Born in Truro, he was a son of the late Patricia Thomas, and was raised by his grandparents, the late Roland and Catherine Thomas.

Robert worked with ABM Integrated Solutions for 15 years and then went on to work with Atlantic Lottery Corporation until the time of his passing. He loved exploring and walking in Victoria Park and adored his cats. He also enjoyed online gaming and anything related to Star Wars and Star Trek.

Robert is survived by his wife, Shawna Bobyk; daughter, Fox Thomas, Truro; sister, Melanie Thomas, Pictou Landing; many nieces and nephews. Along with his mother and grandparents, he was predeceased by his brother, Ian Thomas.

Honouring his wishes, there will be no visitation or service. If so desired, donations to his daughter, Fox, are welcomed.
