Tracy Mae Ferguson – 48, Valley, passed away peacefully on Friday evening, September 20, 2024, at Halifax Infirmary, QEII, following a sudden illness. Born in Poco, British Columbia, she was a daughter of Larry Adams, British Columbia and the late Gail (Graham) Adams.

Tracy was a co-owner of New Beginnings Gym in Bible Hill, the owner of Meals2Go food prep company and the creator of MaMaT Protein Cookies that sell all over Canada. 

Along with her father, Tracy is survived by her husband of 25 years, Troy; children, Tyson Ferguson, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island; Madison Ferguson, Valley; Tayler Ferguson, Valley; Tanner Ferguson, Valley; sister, Shelly (Ted) Alain, British Columbia; step sister-in-law, Missy Hall, British Columbia. Along with her mother, she was predeceased by her step brother, Richard Hall.

Honouring Tracy’s wishes, no visitation or service will be held. If so desired, donations in Tracy’s memory to ALS Society of Canada or charity of choice are welcomed.
